| Elizabeth Knowles, Age Group Head Coach
has competed in synchro since 1964 and has coached synchro for over 30 years.
She joined Blossoms in 2004 from The Frederick (MD) Swans where she was the age group head coach and Masters coach for 25 years.
She has swam Age Group, Regional, Junior, and Senior Nationals and in collegiate competitions.
Elizabeth has coached girls from novice level
to National team level and coached at National camps for many years.
Not only does Elizabeth still swim Masters,
where she has won National and International titles,
she is also a Level 5 Zone judge working on her Level 6 National judge rating.
In addition to being a life member of USSS, Elizabeth is
chairperson of the USSS Masters Committee,
member of the USSS Board of Governors,
member of the USSS History Committee,
and is the
Officials Chairman for the Maryland and Potomac Valley Association.

| Stacy King, Intermediate Girls Assistant Coach,
started synchro at the age of 7 with the Frederick (MD) Swans and swam with them for over 25 years.
Stacy was a champion at Local and Zone, and qualified for Junior Nationals.
She also achieved champion status as a Masters and was an assistant coach with the Swans.
Stacy is also a member of the DC Synchromasters and Synchrony teams.

| Patty Haylett, Founder has coached synchro and taught private lessons for over 35 years.
Her synchro career began in Wisconsin where she participated in high school and collegiate synchro.
Throughout the years, she has continued to teach, coach, and judge in several aquatic fields.
Her synchro and swim team affiliations include: Wisconsin; California; Yokota AFB, Japan; and Florida.
She moved to Virginia in 1999 and founded the Blossoms in 2002.
